Companies in the Jumar Group have made a number of changes in recent days to enhance its ‘business as usual’ approach during the disruption surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus.

We continue, as you would expect, to place the utmost importance on the safety of our employees, clients, partners, and suppliers – and we thank everyone involved for your support, loyalty and understanding.  Our team of staff have been instrumental to this, and we thank them sincerely for their dedication and resilience.

We have recently upgraded our phone system to allow even greater flexibility in handling external calls.

While all our staff are working from home (and the Birmingham and Manchester offices remain closed until further notice), our switchboard numbers remain active, and are now more easily diverted to individual members of staff.

Please continue to use the 0121 788 4550 or 0161 621 6194 numbers as normal – or, preferably, the mobile number of your Jumar contact.

As a certified Microsoft Development Partner, our default method of online communication is Microsoft Teams, as this provides a secure collaboration portal for both internal and external parties during these unprecedented times.  While we are happy to use your preferred video/audio conferencing solution where you have set up the meeting, any such meetings organised by Jumar will use the Microsoft platform.

Our IT department continues to monitor the load on our systems and makes any changes necessary to accommodate times of high volume.

Clients

Clients should notice no significant difference when dealing with us.  Please continue to use Jumar mobile numbers where possible, and, should you require a meeting to be organised, we can easily facilitate this via Microsoft Teams for speed, flexibility and security.

The Jumar Senior Management Team is holding regular update calls internally to ensure there is no impact on projects, recruitment initiatives, deliverables and milestones and, we are – as ever – always available to discuss any aspect of our service to you.
